A Reiki treatment
The method of receiving a Reiki treatment is a very simple process. The recipient lays, fully clothed on the couch and the practitioner gently places their hands, non-intrusively in a sequence of positions which cover the entire body. Each position is held for several minutes and a full treatment usually takes an hour. The whole person is treated rather than specific symptoms. During a treatment you may experience a mild tingling, warmth, coolness or nothing at all.
